Every touch-point scored against the order it earned

Our own attribution layer extends UTM with merchant-curated signals: first and last touch, discount redemptions, customers naming partners in forms, timing, and content quality. Every touch-point is scored against the order it earned.

Beyond the last click

First touch and last touch are both held, alongside the signals a UTM parameter cannot carry — who the customer said sent them, and how close in time the touch was to the order.

The merchant controls the trust gate

Content only counts once approved. Attribution you cannot vouch for is attribution you will not act on, so approval is part of the model rather than a report filter.

A score with its reasoning attached

“We are 89% sure this post accounted for this order” — with the why laid out, per post and per response, so a confident number can be argued with.

In practice
A £180 order traces back to a specific story, on a specific date, through a specific link — with the evidence for the claim shown alongside it.
